Safetron lockout

I have a client with a Safetron safe. It uses an electronic keypad. The battery
died, customer changed the battery and now is locked out.Their combo no longer
works. Shop that sold the safe is out of business and Im not up to speed on
this particular brand. Does anybody have contact information for the factory or
a fall back solution that doesnt involve a rotary pick? Sometimes there is a
default code.

Not sure about that one, but on some you have to put in a new battery
then wait a full 15 minutes before retrying.

Call Safetron with the serial number and they will give you an
over-ride code number. If that doesn't work e-mail me and i will tell
you a quick and easy way to get in. Hint: spring loaded solenoid

No dice :/ my safe is secured in a wall and I've been unable to open with the prescribed solution. Perhaps my last resort is to drill it?
