print cd/dvd

I am planning on getting a Epson Artisan 810 printer which has the ability
to print cd/dvd's with ink.
Anybody know of a linux program to create the graphics that you want to
print to the cd/dvd and then send it to the printer.

Doing

apt-cache search cd | grep print

on my box returns

cd-circleprint - prints round cd-labels

and

apt-cache show cd-circleprint

tells me it may do what you want, partly. This will create a file, you
can print.

But, can you find the linux drivers for your printer. On the epson site,
I don't see any drivers for linux.

On openprinting.org, there are a couple of epson printers with an 810
number, but not an Artisan.

http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/

The driver supports Artisan 700/800, it may also work with 810, please reposrt
your status to the driver maintainers if you get it to work.

Did you look at avasys.jp?

Not till now. Did you find it there, and are willing to tell PHT the
actual link.
