Hi!

I am running a SuSe 9.0 and have installed VNC Server so I can connect
remotely over my network.

All works as expected.

One problem though, if I VNC in, I can shut the system down without logging
in as anyone!
Is there a way I can remove the option to shutdown and restart from the KDE
login screen?
