anything more current?
I have looked at Sullivan's blog, and it strikes me as a hoax. Or if
it isn't, the lawsuits against him may have inspired him to fake his
own death (from 16 cougars no less)!
The death notice posted by his sister, on his own blog, is dated Feb.
14, 2008. Yet the court citizen you link to, is dated five months
later.

VANCOUVER - A B.C. Supreme Court judge has awarded an Australian man $180,000
for being the brunt of an Internet tirade conducted by a Nanaimo, B.C., man.
The case involved the thorny question of how to crack down on the lawlessness
of online libel and slander.
Justice Douglas Halfyard concluded defamatory statements along with the
worldwide exposure of Robert Griffin's identity had serious and adverse
effects on Griffin's life and mental health.
In his judgment, Halfyard found Patrick Michael Sullivan responsible for
publishing four years of false and defamatory statements accusing "that the
plaintiff is a stalker, abuser, harasser, criminal, evil, liar, killer,
sexual predator, pervert, pedophile, coward, manipulator and hate monger who
threatens others with death and violence ... and deserves to be jailed and
killed."
Griffin's lawyer Dan Burnett said most people don't have the money or stamina
to fight against those kind of relentless Internet accusations.
"He felt it had to stop and the only way it was going to stop was to do what
he did which was commence the action and seek damages and seek an injunction
and essentially stand up to the bully."
Burnett said the court award and subsequent injunction stopping Sullivan from
writing anything more about his client is a warning to other Internet users.
"It illustrates that there is a line, that when crossed, puts you into court
and is a breach of the law."
The whole situation started with postings on the Internet suicide website
ASH, in which participants discuss suicide and depression.
Griffin became embroiled in a vicious dispute with several of the members of
ASH, including Sullivan.
The situation escalated when Sullivan published personal information, such as
Griffin's age, his real name and the fact he lived in Sydney, Australia.
Griffin had been using the name Magnus Pym.
"I have found that the defendant was, in many instances, indifferent to the
truth of the statements he was making," Halfyard wrote of Sullivan.
"That is malice and that is an aggravating factor."
Included in the $180,000 award is $50,000 for aggravated damages because
Halfyard said the facts "demonstrate that the defendant was motivated by an
unjustifiable intention to injure the plaintiff."
Griffin has also been awarded $25,000 for breach of his privacy and almost
$5,000 for expenses which included psychological treatment and counselling,
and payment for interpreting services required to investigate postings on the
Internet in Russia.
Sullivan, who acted as his own lawyer, claimed some of the accusations were
true, he raised the defence of fair comment and also denied making some of
the statements.
Sullivan could not be reached for comment.
Halfyard didn't agree with the arguments.
"The defendant failed to prove that any of his many other defamatory
statements about the plaintiff were true. The defence of justification
fails."
Burnett said the sweeping injunction is especially significant because it
forces Sullivan to stop referring in any way to Griffin and to remove all of
his ranting from the Internet.
"That's in an Internet world where we think of things going up and being
irretrievable. If you're the person putting it up and you have the means to
take it down the court might order you to do that."

You are overreacting. Not my fault that page is still there. I was
still neutral re. this issues, so had no idea who's the good guy and
who's the bad. I did not "repeat" defamation...I only discovered that
page doing a simple search.
Obviously, your ordeal has made you overly wrought, and you seek
someone to scapegoat. Thanks to your questionable reaction, I'm think
maybe there /is/ some truth to that "defamatory" page.

Sullivan's cyber stalking and online defamation has damaged my career, my
offline personal and professional relationships, and other ways I will
not discuss in public in my offline real life.
I've already put in orders to remove 1,600 bits of his shit, and, even now,
three years later, I'm still finding more of it every day on sites I never
knew existed before. I am sick and tired of cleaning up Sullivan's mess when
the scumbag is under court orders to do it.
I've also told the Bankruptcy Court via my counsel and my affidavit of
October 14, 2010 that Sullivan has refused to remove his crap, and there were
still over 500 bits of his garbage still out there that the creep has refused
to remove - a figure Sullivan scoffed at.
So what did Sullivan do? Throw a bunch of papers on the bar, utterly
misleading as to what he'd actually done, and basically committed perjury
by doing so. A strong accusation? You bet - and I will be taking the perjury
matter further.
The only "truth" in that defamation page is the fact it carries my name,
the names of my family which Sullivan only got by troweling through the
obituary columns, and the email address you cited. Some of those email
addresses aren't even mine! The rest of the crap dribbled by Patrick Michael
Sullivan of 308 - 312 Mt Benson St Nanaimo, DOB 28 Feb 1963, was determined
by Mr. Justice Halfyard to be a load of crap.
Let's not forget the fact that the Sullivan psychopath only obtained my
real name in the first place by playing head games with my then
girlfriend - reposting her personal info and trying to blame me for it.
I had never brought the names of any members of my family to usenet, but
the Sullivan slimeball had no problem attaching their names to his libel
spews.
Mr. Justice Halfyard also placed an injunction upon any republication of
Sullivan's crap. After five years of it - daily, non-stop, even when I
wasn't posting to usenet at all - and after taking the matter to trial
at enormous expense, Sullivan's pal Jillians carried on, after the trial
verdict was said and done - and even after warnings to stop, even by the
police, he kept spamming my real life business contacts with his crap.
He refused to be reasonable and had to be taken to court, since he could
leave people alone of his own accord.
People in ASH/ASM are fed up with Sullivan. Ironic, who replied in this
thread, has been stalked and threatened by the creep, as has leeana, RIP,
river, Carl - the list could go on. Sullivan stalked them AFTER his trial,
thus proving he'd learned nothing - a trial that should have put an end
to that monster's stalking once and for all time.
You said you've had experience of the clamheads? Sullivan also got that
retarded judgment-proof Salt Lake monster to spam on his behalf, even
boasting how he'd taught that psychopath how to abuse anonymous remailers.
Sullivan also gets that creature to do FOIA searches on his usenet enemies
living in the US.
So, maybe you might appreciate why I go a bit Mt Vesuvius when some random
person comes along and exhumes Sullivan's bullshit all over again, when they
don't have a clue about what went on in ASH for over 8 years.

Nanaimo RCMP yourself and file charges - not the Vancouver RCMP regional HQ;

search for justice. Are rape, murder, and financial

In this case there was an attempt of "total theft of their
finances", and more. It's damn easy to sit on the sidelines
and watch a "comic drama" when you're not the one
who was victimized.
