I divorced my X-Husband about 3 years ago now, and still have not managed to
get a Quit Claim Deed form him for the transfer of the house from Joint
Names to my Soul Name.

In our Divorce Papers it clearly stated that he would make a quit claim of
the property to myslef and was signed.

He just refuses to do it.

Please advise if I can take matters further and either enforce that he signs
or is there some way I can transfer the house without his signature to my
soul name, as he has signed in the Divorce papers that he would do so.

Thanks for the help.

You can ask the Court where you were divorced to hold him in contempt of
court for failing to comply with the divorce decree.

You need to go back to court. He may want you to re-finance the house so
that your name is the only one on the mortgage before
he does it, though.

if you do nothing, after 7 years of him not paying anything (eg taxes,
payments, upkeep) you could have the court force him off title.
