Who wants to be LEAD ATTORNEY? Ray has standing to sue GLOBIX

have standing in the slew of class-action lawsuits filed against them.
I am currently seeking an attorney who is willing to move the court in New
York to have me serve as LEAD PLAINTIFF in the case. I believe I am best
qualified for this due to my legal knowledge, and because I lost money on
Globix (not much objectively but a large percentage of my discretionary
income) that I could have used for my own business. Further, I participated
in the conference call and directly asked their management about their
debtload and their ability to survive.
Normally, the lead attorney in a case like this might be Milberg Weiss et.
al, but in this case, they are GBIX's general counsel so there's a
conflict-of-interest. That is going to put the steering committee up for
grabs, as well as the lead attorney. There also might be other reasons for
firms which normally side with Milberg to sit this one out or play a reduced
role for the same reasons.
These cases are usually settled for a rather large amount of money, of which
the attorneys will split 1/3, with the largest amount going to the lead
attorney. Further, once an attorney gains experience with this type of
case, the practice of it can be quite lucrative.

case, that you help me clean up a few other **minor** matters against some
internet cockroaches. Given how much the attorney I choose stands to make
on this case, I would imagine that it shouldn't be too difficult to work
something out.

Because I want to go outside the little group of firms that handles this,
and in return for helping that attorney, clean up some other legal messes,
though I'm sure a few of my buddies from the circuit might do it anyway.
I wonder if the people here realize just how valuable that can be to a
lawyer. Any notion that I don't have a lawyer was just put to rest.

litigation, did you need to post this? I know why you posted it. It
has nothing to do with the company. It is to seek attention and to try
and tell us you have a lawyer. Why is it important to tell us you have
a lawyer, so we won't keep laughing at your lawsuit of the week. The
lawyers you seek don't spend time in the groups that you posted it too.
Think about Ray, if I did this type of work and I saw it was you
making the request, I pass. It would be easier to put out the press
release just like those other firms and find a plantiff who is sane.

Opps have to amend it. There are at least 7 law firms trying to file
class actions. Most of the major ones are already in the hunt. Ray is
about a month behind. Let see, firm is BK so everyone is fighting over
the insurance coverage. Wow, big pool of money when thats done. Maybe
2 or 3 cents per share.

Let me give you a little tip here, sparky: when an attorney goes into
court, he wants a client with whom the jury will sympathize. He wants
the little old lady whose pension got wiped out, not the raving nutcase
who makes a habit of threatening to litigate when people re-post his own words.
Anyone who used you as the named plaintiff (BTW, there's no such thing
as a "lead" plaintiff") in a class action is someone who needs to go
back to law school and spend a few years in moot court.

That's how the manic phase works....
Ray believes that he has a claim, and he believes a lawyer will take him
on and in exchange prosecute all the mean people here.
So to ray there is no difference between making that post and having a
lawyer. Because he is so sure that his scam will work. When it fails he
will have to cook up some huge conspiracy to blame for it.

I am waiting for the depressive phase. Can someone graph this guy's
posts over time - and is there a pattern there? If not, then it is just
some kind of degenerating psychosis. I mean, really, it is clear this
guy is losing his grip on the "real" world. The only thing I see as
interesting is how he manages to stay on the edge so long.

Yeah, when Ray goes manic, his posts are all about how he'd going to
create these vast legal cases to take down all his critics... be it
office whores, gymnasts, or people here etc. He goes on about how
amazingly successful he is going to be because of his latest book or his
latest scam. He builds up this whole world... then as it does not
materialize and his fantasy falls apart, he slides into depressive phase.
When in depressive phase he goes on about how he can kill himself and
that will get the media's attention and make police investigate etc. This
is when he starts to look at the stupid shit he did during the manic
phase and realize how badly he made himself look and how much damage he's
done to his reputation. As he starts trying to rationalize this and come
up with ways to blame others for his behavior, and ray starts to swing
back up into the manic phase again.
He does this change over about 2 times a month. The frequency with which
this change over is made seems to be increasing as ray goes longer and
longer without treatment. In a few years as he nears 40, he'll likely be
making this change daily and will probably end up killing himself as the
depressive phases get more frequent and stronger.
