He torched, twice, in 7 years, the house next door to his brother--- a
house that wasn't even his, AT ANYTIME!!! Collected TWICE on insurance
fraud via the quit claim deed scam, and now borrowed some $70K on that house
THAT
********REMEMBER and keep in mind*********
NEVER EVEN BELONGED TO HIM !!!!!!

Arlie D. Nole Sr. $10,000.00
Anthony S. Graue $10,000.00
Jesse Cunningham $10,000.00
....use to own, or as it appeared, a small house at #2
Mohawk Court, Columbia, MO that was valued at about $40,000. That
house mysteriously burnt down on 12/29/93. At the time Arlie pinned
the blame for the fire on his two year old son, who he said was
playing with a lighter in another room!
Total damage was estimated at $70,000. "Everything we owned was in
there," Nole said. (today this house is only Assessed at $28,300.)
Come-on, Give me a break! This was a house of 962 square feet
with 2 adults and 4 childern at home at 12:00pm in the afternoon and
a 2 year old manages to burn down the entire house and nobody is
even injured? Arlie is quoted in the newspaper story (by the way,
Arlie Sr and Arlie jr both use their middle names of David in this
story) as "Nole said the home was insured, but he was worried that
compensation would come slowly."
Yea, it's all about the insurance!! Read the full story at:
http://archive.columbiatribune.com/1993/dec/19931230news04.htm
In the end, Arlie made out very well. He used the insurance money to
cheaply fix up the house, which he then sold to his brother Richard
Nole. With the proceeds from the sale and all the left over
insurance money, Arlie bought a much bigger house at 7450 E MT ZION
CHURCH RD, HALLSVILLE, MO 65255.
But that's not the end of this tale!
In a later news article (link below) Mike Wilson, chief fire
investigator with the Columbia Fire Department, said "the cause of
that fire was undetermined and the claim that the child started the
blaze was unsubstantiated."
But here's the really great part of the story; the same house was
torched again just a few years latter!!!

Home in Indian Hills had burned before
By PIERRETTE J. SHIELDS of the Tribune's staff
Story ran on Tuesday, June 13 2000
Sunday morning wasn't the first time flames claimed the home at 2
Mohawk Court in northeast Columbia. This week's fire is being
investigated as arson.
In December 1993, the home then owned by current owner Richard Nole's
brother, David Nole, sustained $70,000 in damage from a fire.
A news account at the time reported that David Nole's 2-year-old son
was playing with a lighter and set the blaze that gutted the family's
home.
Mike Wilson, chief fire investigator with the Columbia Fire
Department, said the cause of the first fire was undetermined and the
claim that the child started the blaze was unsubstantiated. Wilson
said arson was evident in Sunday's incident because the fire had
multiple starting points. He wouldn't discuss further evidence.
No one was injured in either blaze.
He said he believes the two fires are unrelated and chalks it up as a
coincidence pending any new evidence. "It can happen," he said of two
fires occurring at the same residence, although he noted, "It is not
real likely."
Wilson said investigators are wading though a suspect list to try to
uncover the arsonist. Richard Nole was a bail bondsman until
November, Wilson said, which has helped to expand the suspect list.
"Apparently, those guys get threatened fairly frequently," he said,
noting that an interview yesterday with Nole helped to identify
possible suspects.
"We haven't narrowed a list down to a particular suspect at this
point," said detective Jim Harmon of the Columbia Police Department.
Nole's home in the Indian Hills subdivision sustained an estimated
$65,000 in damage from the 4 a.m. blaze. A neighbor's dog woke his
owners and alerted them to the fire. They called the fire department,
which extinguished the fire within minutes of arriving. The fire had
been smoldering for lack of oxygen before firefighters arrived.
Wilson said Richard Nole bought the home from David Nole after the
first fire. Richard Nole and his family, who were not at home at the
time of the blaze, are reportedly staying with other family members.

dear JOE,
may I correct you on the 2 dates, in years, to the arson incidents?
You're gonna like this:
The first incident was in 1993 and the second was in 2000!!!! well within
the limitation statutes which makes it a whole new ball game!!
Patty,
I came across this phone listing. Why don't
you check it out (if the phones are still active).

JOe,
I know all about the shinanigans associated with quit claim deeds. How?
Dade county, during the Brinker (Clerk of the Court) years, wrote the book
on how to use the deed as a scam and make HUGE amount of money on
land/real estate ( vacant lot was prefered).
a con artist, usually a degenerate lawyer, or anyone that would have
intimate knowledge of the flaw thru thier very profession.
Get legal description of the property, beachfront vacant lots as Dade did
it, notarize (now that's the hard part) since the seller is no where around,
and borrows against the property that really belongs to
someone else, but who the fuck cares, takes the money and run.
There is not doubt, as Arlie and I had this very conversation on the scams
associated with QCD's, he knows, I know! Little did I know I would be
speaking with someone so inferior to "dade county way."
So IF you think the ownership of 2 Mohawk Ct.
was legit you better think again. I know exactly how Arlie did this now
that you have shared the public records.
Patty:
Cheryl A Nole, Arlie's first wife, who he divorced in 1991,
signed over her interest in the house at #2 Mohawk Ct. to Arlie
in a Quit Claim deed on 12/01/93 (I have a copy). 28 days
later, the house burns down (the first time) in a suspected
Arson fire... What Luck!!!
I went back and looked at it more carefully. Now I see it's
obviously a fake. Supposedly it was signed by Cheryl A Nole on
12/01/93, but it wasn't recorded at the court house until
12/26/95 ???? I don't buy it!
Joe:
Back in the Dade county hey days of QCD fraud it was as simple as driving
along beachfront area looking for a vacant lot. then go get the legal
description of the property, add a crooked notary authenticating the
forged signature as real, then record it, then take a loan out on it (so
much easier with vacant lots as the scam worked) take a few hundred thou
and beat it!
REALLY was THAT easy. The NOLE family put a different spin on the scam
and very flawed by owning the property next door. The I came along and
fucked the whole thing up for him. Arlie NOLE has been involved in another
QCD legal action that I had come
across in a search :
