The shooters are black.

Police are investigating a reported shooting at the victory rally for the
Kansas City Chiefs at Union Station.

The Kansas City Fire Department confirmed a shooting happened and is
calling it a "fluid situation."

One person is dead, and 10 people are confirmed to have been shot during
the incident. ABC News is reporting that five people suffered serious
injuries and three are in critical condition.

Parade and rally attendee Alyssa Marsh-Contreras captured video of her
father Paul Contreras, reportedly tackling an alleged shooter before
police got to him.

Contreas said a gun could be seen falling away from the person.

Kansas City police say shots were fired west of Union Station, and
"several people" were struck. At least two armed people have been
detained.

There's a heavy police presence in the area.

NewsChopper 9 footage spotted an emergency crew heading into Union
Station. Crews were working on at least two people outside of the station.

Marsh-Contreras and her father are both reportedly safe and on their way
back home.
