Subject: Spending Estimates for the Canadian Firearms Program 2013/14?

The Treasury Board Secretariat was unable to help me find the Spending
Estimates for the Canadian Firearms Program for this fiscal year or this
year's Report on Plans and Priorities for the Canadian Firearms Program.
All they could provide was your contact information. Hope you can help.

On May 20, 2004, the federal government allocated approximately $50 million
over five years for the Investments to Combat the Criminal Use of Firearms
initiative. These funds will help enhance the capacity of law enforcement
agencies to combat gun crime, and the smuggling and trafficking of firearms.
This initiative involves three federal organizations: PS, the Canada Border
Services Agency (CBSA) and the RCMP.

If Cochise circa 1805 (Apache/Linux) were alive today, he'd die
laughing....and the anti gun group (hoplophobics) call that progress?

Cochise was a damn renegade "Rapaho" to boot, but he'd teach those
dainty honkies, that gun laws might as well be made up by a bunch of
Talibans/Bikhues invading Canada.

Chief Pontiac of the Ottawas might be glad he stayed in Detroit with
all those pony boy laws.

I'm sure Kin-Jon--->Akihito--China is laughing it off too, just like
Vladimir Putin, who might as well just own Canada for all the stupid laws
he/they make up, yep pussy grrrl may have been right.......Who is the
"Hooligan"?.
