2007. Groth is wanted for failing to appear for sentencing on the Delivery
and Manufacturing of 5 - 45 kilos of Marijuana, Wire Fraud, Mail Fraud, and
Child Neglect.

Silent Observer offers citizens the opportunity to provide police with vital
information - yet remain anonymous. Silent Observers can receive rewards of
up to $5,000 for providing information leading to the arrest of individuals,
who are later bound over for trial.
The Fugitive of the Month Program features a monthly "Wanted Fugitive" whose
capture requires public assistance. The maximum reward level is $1,000
dollars. To date, this program has featured 107 fugitives and 101 have been
captured.
