developing classified imaging technology that can see detailed images
of people behind walls of a house. This technology allows governments
agents to move into a house neighboring a targeted person and conduct
complete video surveillance of him through the walls of his home. It
basically gives the agents X-Ray vision to see the targeted person’s
activities while he is home. No detection is available to the public
to detect the technology. The technology primarily uses a person’s
body heat to detect him though a wall.

into a targeting scope that can target a person through a wall. The
targeting scope can be used to target a person in his home through the
walls of his house. The technology is extremely accurate and can be
used to target a non-lethal or a lethal weapon. The secret government
has also developed sonic harassment technology that the scope can
target as well.
There is a method to block the technology: Thick metals placed on the
wall will interfere or completely block it. Thin metals such as tin
foil will not block the technology.
Sheet metal sold at any home improvement store will not completely
block the technology. However, if you layer (place sheets on top of
each other) the sheet metal it will block the technology. The layering
necessary to block the technology is at least 5 sheets.
An example: If it takes 10 sheets of sheet metal to cover an area of a
wall it could take as many as 50 sheets (5 layers) total to completely
block the technology.
Another characteristic of the human body that can be used to target a
person through a wall is static charge. The most effective way to
discharge a static charge on the human body is with a ground wrist
strap. A ground wrist strap worn on a person’s wrist and connected to
earth ground through a 1 Meg Ohm resister will prevent a static charge
buildup. A ground wrist strap is available over the Internet and is
worn by people who handle sensitive electronic components.
Thick metals placed on a wall(s) and wearing a ground wrist strap
appears to be the best method to defeat thru-wall imaging technology.
The secret government has spent millions of dollars developing the
technology and it won’t be easily for the average citizen to defeat
