On a list of favourite activities, renewing my car registration would
rank rather low. Still, having done it recently, I can attest that it

Yet hardcore gun owners have bizarrely characterized the registration of
their long guns as an assault on their freedom. (Alberta argued the
registry violated constitutional freedoms in a case it eventually lost
at the Supreme Court.
She feels that registering her car is not an assault on our freedom,
does she?
Well and good, because if her car registration lapsed . . the 'car
police' would not attend and take her expired plate car,
and any other car she may own.
The car police would not deny her a renewal license.
They would keep her car just to punish her . . see

She does not have to produce a license or registration to buy gas.
There are no headlines when a car owner fails to register.
When car owner's cars are stolen, the car police contact the owner . .
but do not charge for 'careless parking' do they . . and return the
car . .
Knowing who owned a car is no help in solving a stolen car case . .
But, then, dear Reporter, I am sure you have considered all this
when you first decided to compare car licensing and gun licensing?
You didn't ? Well I am not surprised, most female reporters
don't like what the boys are doing . . your 'hard core' slam says it

Streets are paid for mostly by your vehicle insurance company and
other variants.
The definition of "private land" is getting very loose these days
with so many conditions of WHO is in ^full title^ of private land!
But you have to register your guns even if they are sitting in a
collection in your private storage room.....even then, they are subject to
confiscation at a whim by the ones (gungrabbers) who want them badly enough.
Firearms are ALL registered when you get them NIB or transferred,
that has led to too many confiscations by self appointed dictators who carry
out warrantless or Telefiled searches on a lot of Fishing Trips...
Registration still leads to confiscations, the Game Tight Gangs, Independent
Soldiers. and our "notorious" HAMC don't register their guns but register
their vehicles......
I've never bought a street gun, but I might add they would not be
for a novice, since they would need a bit of safety/reliability tune ups,
more than the Recent Chinese Guns Nor_In_Co ever needed.
So if a Car is used on Public Streets, some delusional people think
they are free to anyone, I've dealt with people in B. Columbia who think
that way....
