Lexel /Cooper 88a PS and OEM 95-2 Tube Jumper settings

Help !
I just bought a Lexel/Cooper system with a 88a power supply running on
220v single phase and a Cooper/Lexel head with a 95-2 tube. The head
was last serviced by Laser Innovations.
So here is the problem, I hooked it up last night to fire it up, had
the water flowing fast enough to trip the flow switch, put power to
it, flipped the breakers, pressed the power button and got nothing. No
lights, no power-up no nothing. I know that there must be jumpers that
have to be set. I have have the ones on the Amph. plug that I thought
may have been set already which I need to check. I need all the
jumpers to make sure I have the right ones jumped but the ones I
really think I need are the ones on the DB-15 plug for the remote on
the back of the PS. There is also a set of relays that I think I have
identified as the interlock relays but there is no markings as to what
they are or what number they are. If any one knows or what color each
interlock wire is this would help too. This is a medical head so I am
pretty sure that this requires a remote hooked-up to light.
Does anyone have what wires I need to jump to get this thing to light.
