another subtitle project (groan!) - Bartleby (1976)

Greetings to my old friends on a.l.f.!
Quite possibly I'm posting this message into a vacuum because it's
clear there's no relevant traffic here these days, although I do check
for new messages every so often. Therefore this is perhaps a vain
hope but I would like to try and decipher, with any available
assistance, the french for Bartleby, a tv film which I was able to
pick up easily from a (cough, cough) file sharing site. Please let me
know if anyone is interested in seeing the film and needs help to
download it. Yes, I know it's illegal, but this version of the film
is unavailable to buy so I'm refusing to scruple about it.
The good news; my french is marginally better than it was.
The bad; there were no subtitles at all (other than the hieroglyphic
one enclosed which I have edited where I can) so there's quite a lot
of guesswork on my part and it might even give the impression that my
skills have deteriorated! Oh well.....
So here is the audio for the first few minutes of the film.

... you might notice I've edited out some of the gaps to make the file
shorter and which will spoil the pace of the film but it means less
waiting around for each successive line.

Ideally, it would be great to have the edited/corrected file uploaded
as a text file so that I can drop it straight onto the film without
having to copy line by line - it's for that reason my text file
includes subtitle timings. I'd like to be able to preserve the whole
thing intact.
Of course, this may all land on deaf ears or unwilling readers - and I
will fully understand!!! 'Smoking' was a long drawn out affair. My
intention is to get this film done asap!
If anyone is prepared to help but would prefer to have the files in
another format, perhaps even for me to upload sections of the film
including video, please let me know.

Well, I'd be happy to accept any help available and after 'smoking' I
would fully understand anyone's reluctance to go into the same level
of letter-perfect detail yet again.
In fact I watched the film (Bartleby) a year or so ago and was able to
get the drift of the story but there were several lines of dialogue
that I couldn't figure out at all. Perhaps then I should start to
watch the film again and only ask for clarification when I'm at a
total rather than a partial loss to decipher it?
Do you have the film? If so could you tell me what the total time of
your version is so that I can establish whether we are in sync? That
way, I could simply ask you what so-and-so is saying at time
(hr:min:sec).

I've been working on this today and I think it might be wiser, before
posting queries, to finish the entire film to the best of my ability.
At the moment, I'm finding quite a lot of minutae which would end up
making this a longer project than I suspect you'd be happy to
tolerate.
Once I've got the whole film down, I can set a bar which will be a
compromise based on my average performance - if you see what I mean.
I've no problem divining the overal meaning of the script but there
are the usual colloquialisms and also examples of grammar I've not
encountered before. At the same time, there's no need to go for 100%
accuracy.
I've worked through about 1/4 of the film today so I'd expect to have
this finished sometime towards the end of next week and will post up
something then.

I'm about 80% through the film now but, as things have shaped up,
there are too many errors, far more than I expected, to justify my
seeking help as I did with 'smoking'. Although I've made progress - I
can now sometimes manage without subtitles - my transcription is
littered with queries and I'm uncomfortable about presenting those at
this stage. I'd rather do what I've been doing, plodding through my
listening and study exercises which have being showing gradual but
sure benefit.
