Makarramee,
I wish I was a sort of money-lender who could have told you
" ji naheeN; aap ko itni taweel muhlat naheeN di ja sakti."
Lekin kya kareN, majboori hai. Even otherwise, charging of
interest (a characteristic of money-lenders) is strictly a "no-no"
in our religion.
In the circumstances, I can only repeat my "supplicatory" words.
*****************
"Schwas" --> As far as I know, this is strictly a non-Urdu
term. Please see the following "definition" :
The mid-central, neutral vowel sound typically occurring
in unstressed syllables in ENGLISH (caps by me), as the
sound of 'a' in 'alone' and 'sofa' or 'u' in circus.
BTW, I am pretty sure poor Shaad Saheb had never heard of this
word ("schwas").

Also, "nafas' ---> (singular, masculine)
Breath, respiration

Indeed, there is an Urdu ghazal written by Shakeel Badayuni
and sung by Begum Akhtar :
Mere hum~nafas, mere hum~nawa
Mujhe dost ban ke daGHa na de
MaiN hooN dard-e-'ishq se jaaN~ba'lab
Mujhe zindagi ki du'aa na de
