Can someone please offer an English translation of this phrase. I hear it
quite often but I cannot figure it out from context.

I work with someone from Mexico that could not figure this one out.
He looked it up for me. Think Monika Lewinski.

I found that one. I'm not sure what reference the coworker was going
off of. He is from Mexico and not familiar with the saying.
