The standard form of this proverb has the gerundive "disputandum", which
makes better sense than "disputatum", which in turn makes better sense than
"disputatium" (which makes no sense at all).

Thank you. You have confirmed my growing suspicion that,
simply put, "disputatium" is wrong. I cannot immediately
relocate where I saw that usage. If I do, I will forward it to you..
