The Lok Sabha was adjourned repeatedly Friday as
opposition parties protested the alleged neglect of Hindi
and regional languages in Union Public Service Commission
examinations.
The lower house witnessed three adjournments.
When the house met at 11, Speaker Meira Kumar adjourned
it for half hour as Samajwadi Party and RJD members
walked towards her chair denouncing the alleged "insult"
to Hindi.
