CEBU CITY, July 10 (PNA)--The Cebuano Latin dance couple, Charlie
and Jenevieve Camacho, has a very good chance of winning in the Hong
Kong Open Dancing Competition set to begin Sunday at the Regent Hotel in
Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Sol Eugenio, manager of the brother and sister tandem, said the
group left for Hong Kong at 9:30 a.m. today.

"We have very good chances of winning in the competition," said
Eugenio.

The Camacho couple banners the Cebu city Dance Sport team in the
Hong Kong tourney.

Eugenio, a fifth place winner in the amateur Latin category of the
2nd National Dance Sport Championship last year, said Charlie and
Jenevieve were only supposed to witness the Hong Kong event.

Eugenio invited them to join him in Hong Kong for his Imperial
Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) pre-examination course.

He let the couple compete in the competition after the organizers
gave them the nod to participate in the event, which will have as one of
its attractions the guest performance of eight-time world standard
Champions, Marcus and Karen Hilton.

Among those who have supported the Cebu team to the Hong Kong Open
are LRJ Construction, Dr. and Mrs Ibarra Panopio and Bai Dance Sport
Nights.

The others are Rosario O. Cabahug, Hermie Cabinian, Marites Teves,
Remedios Boza, Cebu Skateboarders Association/Young Mountaineers Cebu,
Cyrus Obsuna, Bebie Chu, Rico Chua, Nellie Uykimpang, Marian Acebedo,
Christine Aznar, Lily Ong, Dominique Riegel, Babie Co and Annie Rose.
