Ikiklinikinis: six vowels, all of them i. That must be a record for
any language!
It means "pre-clinical". "Iki" = "until", used here like the prefix
"pre-".
No prizes for gussing that klinikinis means "clinical". The stress is
on the second last syllable, with a secondary stress on the first
syllable. All the i are short, as in "bit".

Hanh, you have to achieve this with an obvious recent borrowing into
Lithuanian, which should cost you a style point. Finnish gets the six
vowel letters with all native elements.

Estonian has kuuuurija 'moon researcher' and j����rne 'situated at the
edge of the ice.

I just wonder how these poor people do that - I mean how one remembers
how many "u" s/he already sounded and how many yet left to go?

That's our fate. Jews and arabs have to remember what wowels are
between consonants..
