finally, some TECO content!

I recently discovered a trove of TECO macros I wrote.
I expect to scan them in and post them here.
FWIW, these were written for TEC124 on the PDP-10.
Not sure how well these would work on other versions of TECO,
although I will probably try them on the C-language implementation.

Thank you for pointing that out.
I had an account on a DECsystem-20 several years ago, but it disappeared,
and I had not known there was a publicly-available TOPS-10 system available,
let alone two of 'em.
