I can't compile the newest version of s-lang on AIX 5.2
The configure script seemed to be fine, but when I ran make:

ie1365:/home/dtuser/jerry/editors/slang-2.1.4>make

cd /home/dtuser/jerry/editors/slang-2.1.4/src/elfobjs; xlC -c -
M -DAIX -I. -g -liconv -DMULTI -Daix -lodm -lm -lvae -lca -lbsd -ls -
lld -L/u/dtuser/CPE/lib -ltoolnew -fPIC -Dunix -DSLANG /home/dtuser/
jerry/editors/slang-2.1.4/src/slischar.c

xlC: 1501-230 Internal compiler error; please contact your Service
Representative

I tried rewriting some of the stuff in the slischar.h and slischar.c
to make compiling simpler but it didn't help. It might be that lookup
table that contains arrays of arrays. Has anybody else ever got it to
compile on AIX 5.2?

Thanks,

Jerry

Well... after version 2.0.4, haven't been able to compile successfully
S-Lang on OSF/1 so ... I can share your pain...:) I did report this
problem long time ago here but no permanent solution were offered so
I'll stick to 2.0.4 until miracle happens...
