You might consider curing spammers instead of killing them.
Try a sledgehammer blow to each bone in their fingers.
If that leaves each bone in at least 20 pieces, that should cure most of them.
A few are likely to need similar blows to each bone in their toes, and also cutting out their vocal cords, as well.
