Anything causing self harm like boozing or taking drugs, or anything to with drugs at all. or having sex with lots of people. using others for self gain, taking advantage of others. wasting money on stuff not needed. being lazy, overeating. taking stupid risks.
Keeping healthy, exercise and eating right. learning new things. constructive things like mechanics, carpentry, electrical, technology. arts like painting, sculpting, music. something that helps others in some way. trying to make the world a better place.
