The side covers are completed.
My hopes of a raw steel tank were dashed when I saw the ding from the
previous owners drag bars was greatly accentuated when I got down to
the bare metal. Filled in the ding and hope to get a good smooth
sanding tomorrow. Not sure what paint scheme to go with now.
I'm already regretting getting the z bars before they've arrived.
Hoping to get the replacement seat and coil installed by tomorrow. .
Things to do:
Install new longer fender.
Install sissy bar or struts.
Sand and paint tank.
Install grips.
Re-wrap pipe.
Install chain.
