ChatNFiles BBS is a "hybrid" BBS with a telnet-based Chat/E-mail server and
a web/FTP-based downloads area. We feature a large chat system environment
well as a really large download selection of over 880,000 files. The
telnet-able Dragon Chat server provides "action", nickname registration,
dynamic chat room/channel creation and internal E-mail. It can also support
connecting to an IRC channel. The files download system is accessiable only
via a web browser or FTP client.
