Another update on 9-25-08 of what TERRORIST from out of area who are
NON POLICE working with outside law enforcement agencies who are
LIARS, CONSPIRATORS and especially THIEVES. Once again this group of
people ILLEGALLY broke into my home and STOLEN a VALUABLE COMPUTER
PROGRAM that was for the protection of my computer from outside
influences. This ILLEGAL break-in took place 2 days ago while both of
us were not home and made possible by their usage of ILLEGAL
ELECTRONIC BUGGING DEVICES such as AUDIO AND VIDEO bugs. When it was
realized that no one was home, this group of people made their
entrance into our home and into my room where I had some of my
computer programs ready to be installed on the system. Upon my return
home, I had other things to do before using my system and late at
night, I heard the usual voice thru my speaker system say "he hasn't
yet noticed it is missing". I looked around and did not see anything
and kept it in mind but dismissed the rest. When I went looking for
the programs to install on my system, I then noticed things missing
and moved around, NOT the way things were left by me.
Tonight I heard on the scanner while I was listening and resting on my
bed in my room ALONE a police officer making reference as to tonight's
happenings obviously about me and the problems still ongoing, I heard
dispatch say that "they are coming out tonight and their going to take
him away." Additionally dispatch added "I'M GLAD". I find it amazing
that I am the one who asked for help against these NON POLICE PIGS and
the outside law enforcement PIG agency helping them.
This latest episode of this situation is starting in Feb. 08 when I
once again asked for PROTECTION from these pigs who are TERRORIST,
THEIVES, CONSPIRACTORS and PROFESSIONAL HATE CRIME EXPERTS. When this
group of PIGS 1st came out they INTETNIONALLY FAILED to make proper
professional courtesy contact with me and to ask me my take on what
the issue was of their concern. I later learned that the CONCORD
POLICE WAS INTETNIONALLY HELPING THESE PIGS AGAINST ME PROTECTING THE
FAMILY THAT CAUSED ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS KNOWN AS THE ROY
WNZLY(deliberate misspelling) family. These neighbors are across the
street and have made problems of all kinds for me since they 1st came
to my street from the neighborhood they were kicked out of. This
family with its SHERIFF CONTACTS had that department to turn upon and
against me for years.
As usual, the CONCORD POLICE DEPARTMENT has INTETNIONALLY laid to me
and failed to serve and protect me. This POLICE department has DENIED
me CITIZEN rights of protection and service along with other citizen
rights. This is also with the INTENTIONAL FAILURE to INVESTAGATE the
truth when reported of which seems to be the usual mode in this
situation. This current group of TERRORIST has been harassing me for
months kept up the pressure and has put me in the hospital for heart
and other medical problems almost KILLING me INTENTIONALLY. Since I
have been home, I have been subject to daily DEATH THREATS INCLUDING
THREATS OF BEATINGS AND BEING FORCED OUT OF MY HOME along with other
additional threats, comments, abuses, hateful atrocities.
I have CONSTANTLY been to the police station and other offices asking
two certain officers for help and intervention and to put an end to
all the HATE and CONSPIRACY that this family across the street has
caused by lying to neighbors and people about me. This is now almost
10 years that they have been trying to get rid of me for no fault or
cause on my part. They hate disabled people and those of us along
with other problems and are medically impaired. This family has
accused me of almost every crime possible and now using their kid as
sex crimes victim and other things to accuse me of doing and I never
talk to them unless forced to.
Now these PIGS are coming out to this area to FORCEABLY TAKE ME AWAY
and I have done nothing of any type and never broke the law or done
anything wrong or violated any codes. These PIGS NEVER TRIED TALKING
TO ME AS A HUMAN BEING. I am VICTIMIZED by their TERRORIST activities
along with all kinds of ILLEGAL abuses. The POLICE BELIEVE IN THE
LIES that are told by them about me and the POLICE HAVE ADMITTED IN
THE ILLEGAL VIDEO CAMERAS AND MICROPHONES in my room and home but
allow these PIGS to continue using them. PROVING CONCORD POLICE
DEPARTMENT is an ACCESSORY TO ALL ILLEGAL ACTIVITES done upon and to
me and family and home in this entire situation.
CONCORD POLICE ARE SAID TO BELIEVE IN PROFESSIONALISM but the only
PROFESSIONAL thing proven by them to believe in is just the word
itself and NOTHING ELSE as I have proven by treatment and attitude
shown to me by them.
If anything happens to me tonight as PROMISED I am informed that the
police will NOT help me but will help them to remove me so that they
can cover up their part in this ILLEGAL situation.
