Laconia, you don't owe this backstabber *any explanation as to your
behavior or motivation. Obviously, you are not only very responsible
for your actions, you are a genuine help and educator in the matters
of gay rights...as well as other civil rights issues. And for this,
you should be highly commended.
When two-face bisexuals like Michael Thomas falsely accuses you of
questionable motives...well, it's obvious the guy is not only a
shithead, but a homophobe. He is your typical arrogant male bisexual,
who thinks he has some sort of inalienable right to espouse his
gay-hateful ideas in queer newsgroups.

I think she is quite brave for posting all her excellent proofs and
proclamations against our society's homophobia. Obviously, most
people who do, should not reveal their true identity, if it puts their
lives or livelihood at great peril. Michael Thomas is obviously one
who delights in the misery of gay people. I know, I've already
confronted this soulless homophobe who pretends he is gay-relevant.

I would agree that you are a regular person, but for one thing: Your
compassion and intelligence--as well as hard work--in composing your

Crossposting is not illegal, nor against netiquette, when done in a
responsible manner. This means don't crosspost to more than five
newsgroups, and that the topic should be suitable for all posted
groups. You, Laconia, are very responsble in this matter. Your
information is an asset to all the newsgroups to which you've posted.
It would be a loss not to have them posted. You provide vital
information, insight, and suggestions, that are a great benefit to the
rights of same-sex lovers.

Michael Thomas is clearly out of line...and I'd say perfectly eligible
to receive legitimate complaints about his behavior, to Usenet
managers, as well as to his Internet provider. His homophobia inspires
him to sabotage genuinely pro-gay participants.

Michael Thomas does not care to see gay people who respect themselves,
speak so eloquently on behalf of same-sex lover rights. He is
bisexual, and prefers only those queers who stereotype themselves as
inferior to other human beings. He is most uncomfortable, and hateful
towards, self-accomplished homosexual people.
There is a general wish in soc.motss, that no crossposting go on.
However, crossposting when done responsibly (as I just described
above), is not breaking any rule of netiquette here, or in any other
newsgroup. The only newsgroups where that would be illegal, are in
*moderated newsgroups...and soc.motss is not one of them.
Nevertheless: For a participant who feigns to be gay friendly, to be
irritated at your healthy attitude and love for gay people...is
clearly homophobic...and complaining about your minimalist
crossposting is an act of manipulation, backstabbing, and cowardice.
