HTML/Javascript/Ajax Programmer
Responsibilities:
· Work with a team of smart and dedicated developers in the creation
of a Business Intelligence Platform that will power the next
generation of social media.
· Own the technical components of creating a true instrumentation tool
kit that will power the complete measurement of all assets distributed
both internal-network and external-network.
· Provide technical expertise in implementing the toolkit on all web
sites in the network, collaboration with both BI team and vertical
teams within the organization.
· Work closely with Web Analytics Engineer to ensure proper logging
and ingestion of the instrumentation and implementation of the
toolkit.
· Work closely with Product Manager for Web Analytics Platform to
determine release cycles and collaboration surrounding functionality
for Omniture platform.
Requirements:
· 5+ years working with Web Analytics, logging and java script
development.
· Extensive experience and understanding JavaScript, Ajax, DOM and
client side web development.
· Effective communicator: able to work with engineers, managers, web/
API/database developers, QA testers, internal customers
· Flexible: capable of juggling multiple priorities and willing to do
what it takes to meet a critical deadline
· Must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work
independently or on a team
· Experience in web analytics preferably with Omniture OnPremise or
Visual Sciences
· Experience in the internet advertising industry.
· Undergraduate degree required. MBA, MCS or similar process, data-
intensive and analytical graduate degree in computer science,
engineering, math, statistics, operations a plus.
