DESCRIPTION:
Leads staff of 15+ (2 team leads, 1 trainer, 2 + benefit maintenance coords, 10+ eligibility coordinators) to maintain a current eligibility database, and ensure productivity of department for Medical Management company. Reconciles electronic eligibility data and resolves discrepancies. Heavy interaction with Marketing and Physician groups to respond to and resolve inquiries in a timely manner. Creates a customer-focused environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong organizational, problem solving and people skills. Demonstrated experience and strength in Customer Service. Familiarity with PC based software is crucial. Two years+ experience in membership eligibility and/or customer service within the Health Care Industry is preferred. Two years Management experience required.
