Develop and manage the staffing function for a client population of 7,000 including manufactering and corporate headquarters of this global, Fortune 300, Hi-tech firm. Manage a staff of 10 and report to the Vice-President of HR Operations.
Your knowledge of innovative ideas to attract top quality talent to support the continuing rapid growth of this client will keep you challenged. Your clients include the corporate leadership.
Desired Requirements:
In addition to an appropriate degree, advanced degree preferred, you will need Previous experience staffing in a technical environment and you must have previously managed others. Some generalist experience would be helpful. You will have 7 to 10 years experience and a record of success.
