JOB TITLE: Totalview Support
LOCATION: Dallas, US-TX
JOB TYPE: Direct
SALARY : $40000 - $55000

DESCRIPTION:
Growing telecommunications company seeking totalview support. Qualified
candidate will provide phone support to large customer base for a complex
application environment, provide troubleshooting of problems at both the
user and systems level(UNIX, PC, network); Impromptu user training over the
phone will sometimes be needed. Position also entails providing off-hours
beeper support. Requires direct customer support experience, preferably with
a complex application, basic UNIX skills, ability to troubleshoot PC operating
systems (Windows, DOS)--OS2 is not required, but preferable. Call center
understanding desirable. Flexibility in hours worked. Beeper support
rotational.

MANDATORY SKILLS:
Home Computer;UNIX Operating System

MANDATORY EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science
