Position Overview:
The Consultant Services Manager/Recruiter (CSM) is part of our BizDev team. The CSM recruits e-commerce/Internet marketing consultants for client projects & develops strong relationships with consultants.
Job Description:
* Partner with BizDev team to define project requirements & recommend optimal make-up of consulting teams.
*Source candidates using internal database, Internet, referrals, networking, etc.
*Review resumes, phone screen candidates, conduct interviews, complete reference checks, recommend consultants.
*Develop productive relationships with consultants to help consultants understand the value Crimson provides.
*Make recommendations & implement processes to improve team efficiency, consultant relationships and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
*3 to 5 years professional business experience preferably with 1 - 2 years recruiting, human resources, staffing, marketing, sales or similar experience. Ideal experience includes exposure to professional services, consulting, marketing, Internet and/or e-commerce businesses.
*Excellent organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
*Experience working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
*Bachelors degree, plus strong writing and problem solving skills.
