WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

SQL Server maintenance Ensuring that databases are compliant and optimized Performing capacity planning and projections for future growth Establishing technical database admin standards, archiving strategies and security policy standards Evaluating and recommending DBA tools

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

Experience with SQL Server 2012 or SQL Server 2008 R2as well as SSRS, SSIS Extensive experience analyzing Stored Procedures, Views, and Triggers Windows 2008 and 2012 server platform Expert analysis of performance issues (constraints, triggers, indexes, etc.) Experience with Mirroring, Clusters, and Replication
