A CLEVELAND, OHIO MANUFACTURING CLIENT OF EXECUTIVE FORCE, INC., A DIVISION OF
SEARCHLINE SERVICES, INC., IS IN SEARCH OF A
PRESIDENT FOR NORTH AMERICAN
OPERATIONS
A $40 million dollar Manufacturer, which is part of a $100 million dollar,
Manufacturing Group is looking for a President with exceptional expertise in
the manufacturing of hard, metallic, consumable, industrial goods (hard goods).
The Manufacturing Group is the #1 Manufacturer of its product in the World.
This Manufacturing Group is one of the top two Groups within the Organization
to consistently surpass all of its goals and objectives.
INDUSTRY:
· An Industrial Supply Manufacturer of industrial hard goods for MRO supplies
(maintenance, repair and operations).
· Most of the hard goods (70% +) are distributed through industry specific,
Industrial Distribution Buying Groups such as the defunct IdOne,
Affiliated Distributors, IDG and Integrated Supply Catalog
Houses such as Grainger, MSC and McMaster-Carr. Direct sales to customers
equal 25% to 30% of the base and growing.
RESPONSIBILITES:
· Optimize company performance and increase sales through current, industrial
distribution channels and direct sales to the customer /
manufacturer.
· Identify market segments and tailor marketing activities to specific
communities.
· Organize staff into a cohesive operating unit (company) emphasizing
performance goals and objectives.
· Generate company-wide, operating plans, policies, and short and long-range
objectives.
· Oversee sales, marketing, production, profit and loss, inventories, human
resources … all departments including turn-arounds and
relocations,
· Oversee three plant locations including Mexico and Canada.
EXPERIENCE: SKILLS AND CREDENTIALS
· Currently employed as a President, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager,
Director or Vice President of Operations for Industrial Supply
Manufacturers ranging from $25 million to $125 million in
sales.
· Outstanding marketing and selling accomplishments with an Industrial Supply
Manufacturer. Develop and secure business relationships
with Industrial Distributors and Industrial Buying Groups
incorporating catalog sales.
· Proven track record for substantially, growing sales as a Director of
Marketing and/or Sales. Noted expertise in direct selling to
manufacturers.
· Strong manufacturing experience with industrial, hard goods for industry and
not retail, wholesale, consumer products or processes such as
paper, oil, chemical, steel and plastics.
· Mechanical aptitude including engineering and machine design.
· Hands-on, able to lead and delegate subordinates.
· Noted accomplishments in leading an organization towards objectives and
stated goals reflecting in sales growth, increased profits (P&L)
and return on investment.
· Thorough understanding of manufacturing operations including strategic
planning, production, inventories, logistics, turnarounds and
relocations.
EDUCATION: 1) Bachelor Degree Required. Prefer degree in Engineering,
Production, Business, Sales and Marketing

COMPENSATION: Base Salary : $140,000 to $170,000
Bonus : Bonus potential to 70% of
Base Salary.
Estimated Bonus for the
first year is 30%.
RELOCATION PACKAGE: Full relocation package except for home buying.
