CONSTRUCTION MCDR, INC. Project Manager
 Commercial Building Construction.   
 Minimum 7-10 years direct and responsible experience in
managing commercial building construction projects ranging in
size from $2M to $20M   Must have
associates degree or higher in building construction, civil
engineering or architecture. Professional
registration or Florida CGC a plus.   Must
be familiar with MC2 PC-ICE, MC2 BidDay, PrimaVera SureTrak,
PrimaVera Expedition, MS Office, accounting systems such as
Maxwell,  have strong communication skills, and be able to
plan and execute all aspects of each project.   
 Should be familiar with Mid South Area subcontractor and
supplier market and practices, or national hospitality industry.
  Some travel required. 
Project sizes range from $1M to $20M, and include retail, hotels,
religious, institutional, office buildings, corp. HQ, and
distribution/manuf.   Must be experienced
in vertical concrete and flatwork.  Must understand the
entire commercial building process including work of
subcontractors as well as own forces from initial budgeting to
completed buildings.   Duties include
managing projects from conception or hard bid from estimating
department to final completion, working with clients and
consultants, negotiations, determination of means and methods,
buyout, purchasing and subcontracting work from estimate,
origination and updating of CPM schedules, processing of
documents such as RFI?s, change order proposals, change orders,
meeting minutes and submittals, and financial reporting and
analysis.   Responsible for scheduling and
expediting of materials and subcontractors, review of submittals
and preparation of  close out documents.  Some short
term travel required in pursuit and management of projects.
  Compensation package:  $50 to 80K+
depending on experience and qualifications, and includes vehicle
allowance, company paid family health care insurance, disability
insurance, vacation, matching fund 401K, incentive program
participation, etc.   MCDR is focused on
