Job Functions: Service/Skilled - Custodial/Housekeeping -
Position Summary:Supervises hourly staff providing facilities
maintenance and engineering services to clients. Responsible for
work force planning, QA training, and administrative functions of
the designated area of supervision. May report to GM in smaller
accounts, or to an Ops Manager in a larger account, or to another
manager level.Typical Knowledge and SkillsEntry level managers
role requires some related experience in facilities/ engineering
including sufficient technical expertise but little/no experience
in a management role. Typically has fewer direct reports,
receives more direct coaching/counseling from immediate
supervisor and has less autonomy opportunity for independent
decision making.Typical EducationHigh school diplomaTypical
Related Experience2-4 yearsRequired Degree / CertificationN/A
Experince in HVAC, electric exp needed. General mainteance and
ground exp. 12 building on campus, 244,000 sq ft full service
facility.
