Can perform all the functions of a BA and BPD in addition to being an expert in
their designated business areas, process improvement, and change management. Their
responsibilities include facilitating and leading large process improvement or change
management efforts, while working with the Systems Architect to define systems that
enable business processes. The Bus Arch has an extensive knowledge of the enterprise
products, services, finances, and strategies. The Bus Arch can provide training and
mentoring for BPD and change management.
