Job Description: Looking for someone to provide support to customers and
users on a range of application software, operating systems and customer
environment. Deliver and end user level consulting and isolate, verify,
and document problems on a range of products. Provide application
software, hardware and/or connectivity usage assistance via the telephone.
Function as a member of the problem solving team. Ability to solve end
user problems and/or identify, verify and document problems and/or deliver
effective assistance via the phone.
