currently seeking an International Customer Service
Specialist.MeadWestvaco Consumer & Office Products has the best

JOB SUMMARY Handle all aspects of the daily order fulfillment
process for assigned international regions from order receipt to
delivery. The position is accountable for ensuring customer
satisfaction with our order fulfillment process through timely
execution of daily job assignmentsSpecific Job Duties*Handle all
daily activities associated with the order fulfillment process
from order receipt to delivery which includes duties related to
order entry, order review, and order tracking. May also involve
resolving price discrepancies, resolving inventory shortages,
tracking & expediting shipments, determining container loading,
and processing returns.*Ensure customer satisfaction by
developing an in-depth understanding of customer processes,
procedures and expectations regarding order fulfillment.*Provide
timely and accurate response to customer and sales force
inquiries.*Resolve internal issues that are adversely impacting
the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide proactive communication to customers, sales, and
manufacturing.Internal & External search being conducted
concurrently JOB REQUIREMENTS*Associates degree in business or
related field.*Three to five years experience in customer service
or inside sales. Import/export and international experience is
desirable.*Understanding of NAFTA a plus.*Understanding of
International Financial Instruments (Letter
Credits)*Understanding of Shipping Terms (Incoterms)*Excellent
communication skills.*Bilingual in English and Spanish. Must have
written and spoken fluency.*Computer proficiency in Microsoft
Office software including intermediate to advanced skills in
Excel. Lotus Notes knowledge preferred.*Knowledge of ERP system
and how it affects the supply chain required. Knowledge of SAP
and/or AS400 system preferred.*Travel is minimal, less than 5% to
