[DESCRIPTION] This position is accountable for developing,
evaluating, and servicing a profitable portfolio of commercial
loans within acceptable credit risks through the granting of
commercial loans to existing customers and the development of new
loan customers. This position works with a Credit Officer and a
Customer Service Officer to attract and retain new commercial
loan and deposit relationships to the Bank.Serve as a dedicated
liaison with CitiCapital Franchise Finance Group in California.
Have a strong understanding of all products and services within
Commercial Banking and be able to identify Commercial Banking
opportunities within the CitiCapital Franchise Finance client
base. Commercial Banking opportunities may be derived from File
reviews, joint client and prospect calls and leads generated
directed from the CitiCapital Franchise Finance team. Ensure
leads and opportunities are referred to the proper
Citibank/Citigroup channels for handling. Actual client and
prospect opportunity management will be managed by line bankers
in the Business Banking, Commercial Banking and Middle Market
segments however the CitiCapital Franchise Finance -BDO will be
responsible for ensuring the CitiCapital Franchise Finance client
expectations are met. Quarterback client issues to ensure
prompt resolution. Train and educate our CitiCapital partners on
the Commercial Banking product offering and the opportunities
available to CitiCapital clients. Provide ongoing sales aids
and tips to stay top-of-mind with the CitiCapital Franchise
Finance team. Attend ongoing CitiCapital Franchise Finance team
meetings to provide program updates. Serve as an educator
within Commercial Banking as to the CitiCapital Franchise Finance
opportunities that exist with the Commercial Banking client and
prospect base. [REQUIREMENTS] Bachelor's degree in finance or
accounting - MBA a plus 10 years experience in Commercial Lending
Proven track record in new business acquisition Solid sales, oral
and written communication skills. Technical - to include
knowledge of MicroSoft (Word and Excel) and WinFast software.
