JOB TITLE: ASIC Design Engineer/Datacom
LOCATION: Long Island, US-NY
JOB TYPE: Direct
SALARY : $70000 - $85000

DESCRIPTION:
Will design, develop and modify custom ASIC's for our Gigabit Ethernet
switching products. Write RTL design code, test benches, synthesis scripts and
test vectors. Determine design approach and parameters. Analyze equipment to
establish operating data, conduct experimental tests and evaluate results.

Req: BSCS/MSCS/MSEE; and minimum of five years experience in high speed ASIC
design with 3 years experience with FPGA's. Knowledge of Verilog, VHDL design,
logic synthesis and state machine design. Ability to perform all levels of
simulation is essential. Knowledge of Ethernet LAN communications products,
Synopsis and IKOS tools a plus.
