International company has opportunity for Support
Analyst. Providing PC telephone support to London and international
offices. Knowledge of PC's, printers, DOS, Windows 95, NT4, WordPerfect,
cc:Mail, MS Office 97 and Outlook. Ability to prepare internal training for
non-standard PC software packages, post training support and
troubleshooting. Occasional travel to overseas offices to provide support.
This is a Permanent Job.
