DESCRIPTION:
Design & qualify electronic curcuits, components and systems.
Develop technical user & maintenance manuals for products.
Direct field operation and maintenance of electronic products.
Evaluate, operational systems and recommend design modifications to eleiminate
causes of malfunction, to accomodate changes in product requirements, and to
improve manufacturability.
Use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform
engineering tasks.
Direct technicians efforts required for product development, qualification and support.


REQUIREMENTS:
1.BSEE with emphasis on RF and modulation/demodulation techniques and a
minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
2.RF circuit design of receivers required. Experience with transmitters in 100MHz to
2.5GHz range helpful.
3.Phase locked loop design for frequency control and modulation/demodulation.
4.Circuit simulation using Spice.
5.GPS experience a plus.
6.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional
journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports,
business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
7.Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
interence, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
8.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or
diagram form.
