JOB TITLE: Human Resources Director
LOCATION: Kingsport, US-TN
JOB TYPE: Direct
SALARY : $70000 - $75000

DESCRIPTION:
Exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Director who will be responsible for
all HR functions in the company--everything is running fairly smoothly and the
current HR Director is retiring. He will continue on in consultant capacity
and aid the new Director in the transition and in union contract
re-negotiations.

MUST have Bachelors AND Masters as well as Certification Human Resources
Professional standing. These degrees and certification are an absolute must,
they will not consider anyone who doesn't have these for any reason, as this
person's peers all have higher education and certifications.

The company is growing and has 9,000 employees worldwide, and this plant itself
is 1100 employees. They spend $500,000 per year in training and give 100%
tuition reimbursement for employees wishing to further their education.
