Position Summary:Under limited supervision, provides general
secretarial and administrative support to a department or group
of professionals. Work is generally straightforward and
administrative in nature. Requires a working knowledge of company
operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Work may
occasionally involve handling confidential and sensitive
material. Exercises some independent judgment and reasoning
within established guidelines.Typical Knowledge and SkillsWorking
knowledge of office/word processing applications and software.
May also require some knowledge of other business software
packages such as spreadsheets and graphics.Typical EducationHigh

with day-to-day operations of office services and facility
functions provided to headquarters personnel to includes office
moves, furniture requests, key requests, office and workstation
signage, security badge issuance, conference room supplies and
set-up, reception desk and switchboard duties. Skills Required:
Must be competent in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Requires
ability to learn other software, hardware, and maintain
confidentiality and integrity of systems. Ability to interface
with multiple levels of headquarters personnel contractors and
vendors. Needs written and oral communications skills to read,
comprehend and analyze documents and the ability to deal with
personnel in person and on the telephone. Must be able to walk,
lift, carry and stand for long periods of time.Must possess a
valid drivers license.Specific Duties: Assist with office moves.
Distribute furniture and waste containers.Distribute security
badges. Coordinate duplication and distribution of office and
workstations keys. Create and affix office, workstation and
directional signage.Distribute various forms of communications
associated with office services procedures.Assist with recycling
issues.Collect and store lost and found materials.Stock copier
workrooms with supplies.Stock conference rooms with supplies.
Arrange and set up conference rooms. Ensure that clocks in all
conference rooms are correct in time and working properly at all
times.Monitor pantry supplies and report to Café when re-stocking
is required.Stock first aid kits in pantries.Coordinate cleaning
services. Assist with special events setup. Shredding
coordinator.Coordinate furniture repair. Coordinate A/V and
equipment repair.Provide switchboard coverage.Provide reception
desk coverage.Assist mailroom as needed. Handle company vehicle
maintenance as needed, e.g., vehicles emissions testing.Other
duties asassigned. Education * Experience: HS Diploma or
Equivalency plus 2 years facilities or related experience.

assistance to the Senior Liquor License Administrator. The person
is responsible for providing assistance in obtaining, renewing
and appropriately disposing of alcohol beverage licenses for
specified regions. The person receives general supervision.
Instructions are received at the beginning of complex projects
and sensitive assignments and the resulting work is reviewed
periodically during the course of completion and at completion.
Incumbent receives guidance from supervisor when resolving and
determining the urgency level of conflicting priorities.
Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Liquor License Administrator
in obtaining, maintaining, and disposing of alcohol beverage
licenses. Anticipates and prepares materials needed for liquor
license applications. Perform administrative functions based on
liquor license administration and in support of achieving the
departments objectives. Coordinate mailings, provide general
written correspondence that is routine in nature, and distributes
incoming mail. Work is generally varied and administrative or
project oriented. Upon completion of core duties, individual will
perform other clerical duties as assigned (i.e. copying files,
sending faxes, and making miscellaneous file folders).
Responsible for preparing special or one-time reports and
summaries, filing documents and records, and maintaining filing
system. Will maintain databases and spreadsheets. Research
typically requires obtaining data from multiple sources.
Accurately create or edit and proof documents independently. Work
will involve interaction and communication with staff and
division departments. Responsibilities involve handling
confidential and sensitive material in an effective manner.
Requirements: Position requires knowledge of a full range of
administrative processes typically gained through 3-5 years of
experience. Demonstrated ability to multi task and meet varied
deadlines. Position requires individual to be proactive and very
organized. Incumbent must possess the ability to understand the
organization and adhere to legal requirements in compliance with
varied alcoholic state beverage laws and regulations. Position
requires proven ability to work independently and as a team
player. Position requires proficiency in: Access, Excel, and

Employment Paralegal and other support staff within the
department. The person is responsible for creating and
maintaining files for all new cases in the Labor group
(approximately 3-7 cases/week). The person receives general
