DESCRIPTION:
Provides strategic direction and oversees negotiation of contracts and issues pertaining to provider networks for Dental and Vision lines of business,including Provider Relations and Education. Directs compliance and ensures quality control standards within contracting/network development department of a large Dental/Vision PPO, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large national Health Plan.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS Degree or DDS license with minimum 5 year prior denta/vision administrative experience preferred. Ability to create and interpret Provider Contracts. Basic Financial skills. Experience with regulatory agencies pertaining to Compliance.
