90% Complete IM Project Documentation Project, Project Support for
Global projects. This role will provide technical input and
translation/input to Global project team.
10% Serves as a liaison between IT and client community as required
providing technical/end user support for Japanese speaking travelers,
ex-Pats and Ambassadors
*** Specialized/Practical Knowledge:
• Japanese verbal and written skills - Uses skills as a seasoned,
experienced professional with a full understanding of company policies
and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well
as practical ways.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires
evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in
selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts
with internal and external personnel.
• Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions
on new assignments.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in hardware (PC, printer,
PDA) and software knowledge and/or customer service in a technology
field.
• Vendor-related certification(s) and/or A+ certification desired.
*** Interaction:
This individual must have above average interpersonal skills working
in a team environment working closely with Co-workers, Customers, and
Management. There will be vendor contact as well. Customer Service
level is high and you will be required to interact on a regular
basis.
*** Complexity/Problem Solving:
Individual must possess the ability to solve practical problems and
deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Problems may range from intermediate
to complex. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished
in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
