Why is there no signal handling for SIGTSTP (control-z)?

With the 2.2.9 client, it is quite annoying that when I control z out
of it, the terminal settings are not restored. I've never had this
problem with previous versions. I greped around for SIGTSTP and
didn't find it, so does this mean that signal handling for SIGTSTP was
taken out?????
