Hello!

Is there a way to ignore all queries send to you except specific
userlevers or nicks/hostnames???? I could set *!*@*,private in my
ignorelist but this will ignore everyone.... not exactly my intention.

There are several ways a easy way is to add specific people to a user level
.... using /auser or my personal fav add this to popups Allow
Message:/guser 10 $?="Enter Nick" 3 this will add the user to level 10
by there addy... 3 being the mask... then in your events section you can
put this

1:ON TEXT:*:?:/msg $nick I am not accepting messages at this time please
talk to me in the channel | /close -m $nick | /ignore -pu10 $nick 3
+10:ON TEXT:*:?:/beep

the event that starts with the default user level of 1: is the one that
ignores the person and closes the window....the ignore is only 10 seconds
long to length change the -pu10 to what ever number you want

the +10: level is your friends that you want to recieve msg's from. it will
beep each time they say something... you can remove the /beep if ya want
can become annoying if you chat for sometime...

this should work for you but i just threw it together while writing this
letter.... if it does not work tinker with it some.. but it should work
just fine.

.MSG Ignore
..On:/ignore -p *!*@* | /echo 2 MSG Ignore is now 4ON
..Off:/ignore -pu1 *!*@* | /echo 2 MSG Ignore is now 4OFF

put that in your Menu Bar popup
